Filtron air filters
Air filters trap solid particles such as mineral dust, soot and organic pieces floating in the air, which is sucked in by the engine. The progress in filter constructing and application of modern filtration materials brings the level of contaminants filtration to the level of 99,9% for particles of even few micrometers size. 

Whereas the I.C engines use a great amount of air during combustion process (average amount of 10m³ of air per 1 litre of fuel), filters with high filtering efficiency must also have low flow resistance and high contaminants absorptivity. Due to such properties, it is possible to extend the period between filter replacements. Modern air filters used in the automotive industry are designed and constructed in versatile shapes and sizes and made of different, optimally selected materials. All filters consist of undismountable casings and replaceable cartridge.
Filtron oil filters
The lubrication system of I.C. engines are closed systems, where the oil is the substance, which lubricates and cools the working parts. It also rinses out and transports all kinds of contaminants in the form of suspended solids coming out from the combustion chamber, formed during the abrasive wear of the working parts of the engine. Such contaminants are effectively trapped in filters, which are an important element of the lubricating system in any I.C. engine. 

However it should be noted that these filters cannot stop the oil degradation which is an irreversible chemical process and that is why, regardless of the kind of filter installed in ones car, the oil should be changed in accordance with the car manufacturer indications (including filters). The oil filters have different shapes and depending on the engine type may differ significantly regarding construction and principle of operation.
Filtron fuel filters
Fuel filters trap contaminants present in fuel, diesel oil and even in LPG installations, protecting precise elements of I. C. engines fuel systems from rapid wear. These fuels contain contaminants from the production process and distribution. Dust, soot from outer tank surfaces, water and micorganisms may cause the rapid wear of injectors, pumps or pressure-regulating valves in modern engines. Therefore each fuel system has filters which are optimally selected according to engine requirements, fuel quality and expected exploitation conditions. 

Requirements for filters are very high. In modern engines it is required that contaminants the size of 3 ÷ 5 μm are stopped with the effectiveness of more than 90%. In many cases more than one filter is installed in the car fuel system for better performance. However, in comparison with oil filtration, there are no by-pass valves in fuel filtration which clear the fuel flow when the filters are clogged. That’s because there is a rule that only clean fuel goes into the combustion chamber. Therefore it is better that the engine stops due to lack of fuel (dirty filters) than if it had to work using non filtered fuel.
Filtron cabin filters
Dust filters, also called cabin filters, are used for filtering air which is sucked in directly from the road, forced in through ventilation or air conditioning system into the driver’s cabin. Most of the manufactured modern cars are equipped with these filters, as it is no more a symbol of luxury but a safety requirement. 

Tiredness, hay fever, eye watering or breathing disorder definitely have a negative impact on the driver’s reflexes and they might be really dangerous for road safety. These symptoms are often caused by contaminants coming into the driver’s cabin with the sucked air. The concentration of certain types of contaminants results from a number of factors such as season, weather conditions, intensity of local industry and road traffic. Air dustiness in cars with no cabin filters may reach a level six times higher than outside, as the working ventilator makes the cabin act as a decanter.
Filtron industrial filters
Unusually versatile group of filters applied in in Cabinrial installations. Generally they are used for separation of solid particles from liquid or liquids from gases. Filtration processes take place practically in all branches of modern inCabinry, where liquid flows or loose materials are dealt with. 

Barrier filters are widely used in Cabin collection systems, ventilation, air conditioning and are utilised both in technological processes realisation, work conditions improvements and natural environment protection. Special filtration systems are often adjusted for continuous work in automatic operation systems - self filter cleaning, for example by temporary flow direction changes or vibration. Due to specific requirements for this group of filters they are designed for specific application, optimally selecting both, the design and filtration materials.
Filtron coolant filters
Coolant filters are used in diesel engines of trucks and machinery. When it comes to construction they resemble can spin-on filters. Those filters function in the engine cooling system as by-pass filters which only a small part of the engine cooling liquid goes through. The main function of these filters is liquid coolant filtration and efficient trapping of solid contaminants. 

The filter medium is made out of special filtration materials which stop dust, corrosion products and sludge, formed in the degradation process of substances protecting the cooling system from scale, corrosion and premature erosion caused by cavitation. Special cubes of active substances – corrosion inhibitors – are used in most of coolant filters. They are slowly released into the coolant and they replenish the level of components being degradated in the exploitation, maintaining a constant, high level of liquid thermal conductivity and its anticorrosion and anticavitation properties.
Filtron hydraulic filters
Hydraulic filters are an important element of hydraulic systems used both in automotive and other branches of the industry. Hydraulic systems frequently operate in extreme conditions, exposed to extreme loads but high operational reliability is expected. Meeting such requirements depends mainly on good properties of oil and durability of certain system elements (pumps, valves, seals, actuators) exposed to high pressure, abrasion and erosion caused by cavitation. 

Hydraulic oil filters are cartridges mounted in dismountable casing or spin-on type filters. According to the hydraulic system requirements they have filtration media made out of metal net (low filtration efficiency, possibility of regeneration) or special filtering materials reinforced with metal nets (high filtration efficiency and resistance to pressure pulsation).
