BEHR MOTORCYCLE THERMOSTATS
They must be inserted into a housing. There are types with flange diameter 25mm and even less, and larger types, for every flow control requirement.
Compared to the insert type with identical functionality, they allow a saving of components on the final application and therefore allow an economic advantage.
A light solution, free from constraints on the crankcases or the engine heads, which also allows the sorting of flows in an easy way.

APPLICATIONS FOR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
The thermostats for these applications vary depending on the type of engines on which they are applied.
Housed in a specific location on the cylinder head or in the water pump. The flange diameter varies from 45 mm up to 85 mm.
They are mounted directly on the cylinder head, their configuration varies according to the specific needs of engine lay-out; they are generally applied on low-powered petrol engines.
Also for this type of thermostats their application is on the cylinder head. They are made in complex shapes and equipped with pipes for the interlocking of the various motor circuits (heater, intercooler, EGR cooler, etc.). They are generally made of various materials, aluminum alloy, thermoplastic materials and galvanized iron pipes. Equipped also with temperature sensors, they are a complete module for controlling the engine temperature.
BEHR OIL AND SPECIAL THERMOSTATS
Designed specifically for the oil circuits, they are used in the most diverse sectors, from circuits for air compressors, to circuits for automatic transmission.
They are available in different sizes depending on the required flow rates.
Designed for large naval, railway and generator engines, they are characterized by large flow rates ranging from 15 m3 up to 500 m3 hours. In particular versions they have the manual safety actuation device.
